Store Policy

  • Defective, Damaged or Mis-shipped Items
    For defective, damaged, or mis-shipped (item shipped was not item ordered) items, the issue
    must be reported within 7 days of receiving shipment. To report such items, contact our online
    customer service team immediately via the e-mail address BELABRIDAL@YAHOO.COM
    Depending upon stock availability, BELA BRIDAL will attempt to replace defective, damaged, or
    mis-shipped items. If a replacement cannot be issued, you will receive a refund for the purchase
    price plus shipping and handling fees for the item(s).
    For all other items, shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. (Note:Items returned via
    expedited methods will only be refunded an amount equal to the lowest cost shipping method).
    Online Changes & Cancellations
    Our order fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to send orders quickly and efficiently.
    Processing begins as soon as an order has been placed, therefore we cannot change, cancel or
    modify orders once they have been confirmed. Note that this includes product changes as well as
    payment, shipping address and shipping method.
    Online Return / Exchange Policy
    We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. Should you need to
    return an item, please review the complete details of our Online Merchandise Return
    The standard return policy for special occasion dress retailers is “No Returns
    ”. However, it’s
    important to us that you love your purchase, and we are happy to exceed your expectations and
    offer store credit in all items.
    Due to the nature of our Bridal and Bridesmaid Collections we cannot accommodate any request
    for exchanges or returns. These styles are specifically manufactured for your event. We
    recommend that you confirm the style, size, color and other specifications before submitting your
    Domestic Customers
    • Your package must be postmarked within 5 business days of receiving your Return
    Authorization Number (RA#).
    International Customers
    The shipping cost will be deducted from your exchange. Any taxes, duties or customs duty fees
    incurred for international orders are non-creditable and are the responsibility of the customer.

    Return Authorization Number (RA #). Please indicate that you want to receive a Store Credit. A

    shipping carrier of your choice for your return.
    Please have your RA # clearly printed on the outside of the box. All products must be in the
    condition you received them and items must be unworn
    , unused, unwashed and in perfect
    condition, with the original product tags attached and garment bag intact to be accepted as a
    return. Any items that appear to have been worn or altered will be returned to you.
    • Packages returned without an RA # will be subjected to a restocking fee of up to 50%.
    • Processing time for Returns is 5-7 business days. Once processed, store credit will be applied
    to your order.
    • Upon inspection, if it is determined that the item has been worn, altered, tampered with or
    damaged without prior notification
    Once your store credit is available for use, we send you an email with your available balance. To
    apply a store credit, call us.
    You can receive store credit on all products, equivalent to the total value of your product
    purchase. Store credit is considered a payment method and can only be used for purchasing
    merchandise. It cannot be used towards shipping costs.
    If you need an exchange that is time sensitive due to an upcoming event, please let us know
    ASAP and we can offer you alternate options.
    All of our dresses are sized according to each designer’s specifications; therefore, the size you
    normally wear may not be the size you would wear in a dress from our site. Before you choose
    your size, we recommend looking at the size chart for the dress you are interested in to make
    sure you are choosing the best size for your measurements.
    We accept online merchandise returns via mail only; online merchandise cannot be returned to
    our stores.
    Returned merchandise must be in new condition. If you are returning a product listed below,
    please check to make sure your return meets the conditions described.
    Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance
    of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell BELA Bridal reserves the right

    BELA Bridal has on-site alterations experts so you can personalize your dress and get the perfect
    fit. The seamtress is an independent contractor. If you have any problems with the alterations,
    she will be happy to fix it. BELA Bridal is not responsible for any damage to your gown.
    Even the best designed gowns still need some adjustment. No one has more experience with
    detailed bridal garments than our expert professionals who work exclusively on tailoring our attire.
    Each of our alterations specialists are trained to achieve the fit that's ideal for your body type and
    dress style.
    Customize your gown by adding your own personal touches!
    BELA Bridal offers many ways to customize your gown and make it your own. Here are a few
    designs you may consider:
    Sleeves: We can add straps or sleeves to any strapless gown.
    Corset backs: If your gown has a back zipper and you wish to change the look or need to
    increase the size, ask your alterations specialist to show you the corset back option.
    Bustles: A bustle is created by elegantly draping and securing the train to the back of your gown
    to allow you to move freely and safely.
    Bows & Sashes: Add a colorful sash to accent your waist and coordinate with your party.
    Schedule your fitting at the time you purchase your gown or dress
    Our goal is to perfect the fit of your garment while staying within your budget. The cost of
    alterations is based on the complexity and difficulty of each task, so an alterations specialist will
    need to see you in the garment to discuss fit enhancements and options.
    Payment for alterations is due at the time of your first fitting. Additional charges apply to rush.
    Ordering Dresses
    Bridal Gowns:
    If your selection is not in stock in your color or size, ask your stylist whether it is available as a

    6-12 weeks of order confirmation.*
    Bridesmaid Dresses:
    All BELA Bridal bridesmaid dresses are available in sizes 2-26, with select styles in sizes 2-30.
    Your BELA BRIDAL also offers special order bridesmaid dresses, generally shipped to the store
    within six to ten weeks.

    In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a display or typographical error, or an
    error in pricing information received from our suppliers, BELA Bridal shall have the right to refuse
